This notice covers the enquiry form and introduction-call booking on this site. Please do not include customer, patient or other sensitive personal information in your message or booking notes.

Who handles your enquiry

Elo Okonkwo, operating Clientelly, handles enquiries submitted through this site. Contact: elo@clientelly.com.

Information you send

The form asks for your name, work email, business or website, and the customer journey you want to explore. The submission is processed by Formspree and sent to the site owner's inbox.

Booking an introduction call

If you choose to book, Cal.com handles the calendar and collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email, chosen time and any booking notes. Cal.com may send booking confirmations and reminders according to the event's settings.

Why it is used

The information is used to review your enquiry, arrange an introduction call and reply about a possible project. The basis is taking steps you requested before a potential agreement. It is not used for a mailing list.

Storage and providers

Formspree processes enquiry submissions; Cal.com handles bookings; and the receiving email provider stores messages and calendar notifications. Their handling of data, including any international transfer, depends on the account configuration. Enquiries and booking records are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage any subsequent business relationship or required records.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry by emailing the address above. Applicable data protection rights may depend on your location and the circumstances. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
